If for any reason you are not happy with your furniture, we offer a straightforward and transparent Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience. 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receiving your order. In order for a return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of Product: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.
- No Damage: The item should not be damaged, altered, or assembled.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email must be provided when initiating a return.
Please note that Toprapic reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Sale or clearance items
- Final sale items
These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to us at info@toprapic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your return request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and ship it back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved:
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Refund Time: Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Restocking Fee
In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned items. This fee covers the costs of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned item.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, color, or size, you can return the original item and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately at info@toprapic.com with the following information:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the damage or defect
- Your order number
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation. If we determine that the item was damaged during shipping or was faulty, we will cover all return shipping costs.
8. Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you received a Toprapic item as a gift and wish to return it, you may receive a store credit or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.
